Fear is a sensation very interesting that everybody feels. It is produced by the brain.
Sometimes, this feeling is good because it helps us to dispel things that we do not want to have with us. There are several types of fear: fear of loneliness, losing a loved person, scary movies, nightmares, among other things.
The brain is responsible for fear. When we hear strange noises or imagine shapes that do not exist, we feel fear and we can protect ourselves. Most of the time, people who are afraid use some common methods to protect themselves. For example, if you are in your bedroom and you hear a odd noise, you will probably cover your head with the sheet. Although it is not enough, you will feel protected.
In conclusion, fear is a very interesting topic that we should see carefully, considering the different sights you have.
For my the fear is an essential emotion: universal, inevitable and necessary. This the real fear that fires at the appropriate time, before a real danger.And the fear that will be fast, when you acknowledge the surprise fear diminishes.The intensity of the fear is proportional to the danger.
There are many types of fear, the fear that one of them is me appeared very interesting. It is a health disorder emotional or psychological is an intense fear of objects or situations, such as insects or places and also has feelings of hatred and rejection.
Inntensos fears are uncontrollable, affect the quality of life… But also fear depends on the brain.
Let’s look at the following example: a child cannot sleep, afraid because he believes that cookie monster is under your bed. When it grows and matures and realizes there is that there is no any Monster, no longer fear, going to sleep very well! The conditions have not changed, but changed the belief of the child. The conclusion: fear keeps anyone, child or man, because it is a mental slavery. But be frightened by something is natural.
